1/2 of Room Rental fee is paid as a non-refundable deposit to reserve date

The Roosevelt accepts Credit cards, checks and money orders
The Roosevelt does not allow kegs, confetti or silly string
Outside clean up is to be done by Lessee the night of the event
Sparklers must be pre-approved
The Roosevelt does not allow smoking
Rental includes the day of event 8am to conclusion
The Roosevelt provides a caterers kitchen but does not allow cooking
The kitchen includes use of ice machine, fridge and microwave
The Roosevelt does not allow gum or tape of any kind on floors or walls
Ballroom rental, damage deposit, security and all special rentals must be paid 30 days prior to event
All caterers must be preapproved
